Responsibilities

Support in-house digital printing for custom orders, including samples and production runs
Work with Production, Custom Product, and Warehouse teams to prepare and complete orders on time
Pick and prepare inventory and assist with transferring artwork files into printing software
Set up and operate printing equipment, with training provided
Perform print preparation, printing, cleaning, basic quality checks, and packaging
Follow established processes to ensure accurate, high-quality output
Assist with daily equipment cleaning and routine upkeep
Sort, organize, and prepare finished orders for shipment

Required

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems and equipment
Comfortable using computers and production software with training and support
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Previous experience in production, printing, warehouse, or hands-on work is helpful but not required
