Responsibilities

Manage the operational risk framework for the Client Group

Partner with Client Group Operational Excellence lead to implement risk-elated systems and process enhancements

Partner with senior leaders around the Client Group to identify opportunities to mitigate risk

Implement and monitor KPIs to track the health of key operational processes and risk remediations

Champion and steer enterprise risk management initiatives on behalf of the Client Group

Produce risk and control reporting and track risk items

Coordinate risk event inquiries on behalf of our clients
