Power Plumbing is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth processing of payments and financial transactions while resolving issues efficiently within the accounts payable process.

Responsibilities

Provide essential accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Accurately prepare, update, and maintain financial documents and records
Enter financial transaction data into the database daily with precision
Assist company personnel with financial inquiries and support as needed
Process invoices and billings in a timely manner
Resolve discrepancies in accounts to maintain accuracy
Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and other inquiries
Manage vendor files and records, ensuring they are kept up to date

Required

Proven experience in accounting, ideally in accounts receivable or payable roles

Strong numerical aptitude and a methodical approach to problem-solving
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage filing and record-keeping systems
