AJ Capital Partners is a vertically integrated real estate investment manager seeking a Summer Investment Management Analyst passionate about private equity real estate. The role involves working closely with various teams on investment evaluations, financial analyses, and supporting the creation of executive materials and presentations.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Investments, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Finance teams on special projects, including the evaluation of new investments and property financings and the monitoring of on-going asset-level and fund-level performance

Interact with the development teams and various functions to understand budgeting and contracting

Analyze the financial impact of proposed capital events to fund performance (e.g., CapEx projects, asset dispositions, alterations to development plans, financing activity, etc.)

Conduct competitive market research to support emerging platforms and create and maintain market research-oriented dashboards and databases

Support the creation of materials and presentations for executive review, including presentations used for investment committee approvals and quarterly and annual investor reporting of AJCP's active investment vehicles
