Empower Change: Develop individualized short-term goals and interventions that make a real difference
Lead with Compassion: Conduct clinical and employee supervisory visits, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance
Inspire Growth: Provide ongoing development plans and annual performance evaluations for direct care staff
Champion Advocacy: Participate and advocate for recipients in their ISP meetings, ensuring their voices are heard
Drive Excellence: Monitor billing, maintain accurate documentation, and resolve grievances swiftly and compassionately
Community Impact: Represent Abound Health at community events, spreading awareness and making connections
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related human service field with 2 years of full-time IDD experience, OR
Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with 4 years of full-time IDD experience, OR
Master's degree in a related human service field with 1 year of full-time IDD experience
