Business Development Manager - Domain

CoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information and analytics. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with new Real Estate agency clients and working with marketing and customer experience teams to optimize leads, all while working remotely.

Responsibilities

Develop new relationships with Real Estate Agencies that are not currently Domain customers, and re-build connections with those that used to be
Work alongside an amazing team of Account Executives to grow business revenue and market share
Work closely with Marketing and Customer experience functions to optimise the inbound leads process
Become a trusted advisor to agencies for all things Proptech
Identify high-impact opportunities and bring them to close, placing a priority on discovery and understanding client needs and capabilities
Continually connect with clients and industry partners to ensure Domain solutions remain relevant and desirable in a changing market
Act as an advocate for customers, influencing solution packages, and supporting marketing that aligns Domain solutions to needs
Be accountable for sales to designated Domain customer groups or portfolios, and achievement of sales goals

Required

Proven success in business development / sales
OR… Real Estate Agency experience as a Sales Agent or similar
Excellent communication and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Ability to negotiate and handle objections, driving win-win outcomes and lasting partnerships
Precise time management and organisational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and juggle tasks effectively

Preferred

Virtual / phone-based sales experience
Experience working in B2B sales environments
Real Estate or Saas sales experience
