The Public Relations and Community Relations Coordinator will develop and implement marketing strategies, engage with the community, and foster relationships to promote oral health education.

Responsibilities
Conduct preschool presentations at least 4 times per week, often dressing as the Tooth Fairy to engage children and teach them about oral hygiene in a fun and interactive way
Plan, coordinate, and attend community events, sponsorships, and outreach programs to boost brand visibility and strengthen relationships within the community
Develop and implement community-focused marketing strategies to support practice growth and engagement
Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, schools, local organizations, and other stakeholders to create partnership opportunities
Serve as a spokesperson for the practice at events, meetings, and public forums, representing our brand in a professional and approachable manner
Create engaging content for the social media department, newsletters, websites, and print materials to promote community involvement
Collaborate with internal teams—including doctors, dental assistants, and scheduling coordinators—to ensure seamless execution of events and presentations
Track, monitor, and report on community engagement initiatives and their impact
Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials, contests, and internal/external campaigns under the direction of the Regional Manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and diverse community audiences
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a passion for community engagement and education
Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events
This is an in-office role; remote work is not available
Preferred
Previous experience in community relations, marketing, or public relations preferred
