Troon is seeking a Corporate Services Intern to assist with various tasks related to corporate client contractual fulfillment and event preparation. The role involves content creation, managing social media channels, and working with local businesses to enhance relationships and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

Assist with corporate client contractual fulfillment (creative, art, activation, tickets, invoicing, work with media/PR teams/VIP, etc.)

Assist with contract creation and invoicing administration

Work special events on a need be basis

Assist with pre-event prep

Work each event during the Spring Season (Indy Car + Moto America)

Shooting photos/video on a wide range of cameras including a GoPro, mobile phones, etc

Taking all footage and producing short recaps for sharing on all applicable XYZ Golf Club social media channels, specifically Facebook and YouTube

Gather content during the CME Group Tour Championship and the QBE Shootout for social sharing before/during/after the events

Produce professional intro/outro snippets for all XYZ Golf Club videos

Working with applicable local businesses to create relationships with XYZ Golf Club

Work to create new programs, including membership opportunities, to drive outside revenue using our social media channels and email database

Produce an updated XYZ Golf Club commercial for use in all marketing initiatives

Develop a program to increase email signups for our daily fee/resort database with a goal of adding 1,000 – 3,000 new emails per quarter

Produce weekly summaries on things accomplished the week prior

Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program

Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms

Ability to multi-task and take initiative

PC and/or Mac video editing skills are required
