Responsibilities

Lead the charge on monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, and journal entries—all while keeping us GAAP-compliant

Help us scale! You’ll establish internal controls, refine best practices, and play a lead role in seamless annual audits

Be a key player in the budgeting and forecasting process, identifying cost variances before they become hurdles

Oversee the General Ledger, payroll, and 401K administration with total precision

Lead and inspire. You will supervise, train, and develop our junior accounting staff to reach their full potential

Partner with Project Accounting to ensure the flow of data between accounts payable and project costing is flawless

Manage everything from sales/use tax returns to contractor licensing across various jurisdictions, ensuring we are always 'ahead of the curve.'
