Live! Casino & Hotel Virginia is seeking a Human Resources Representative to provide essential administrative support and manage onboarding processes. This role involves assisting team members with inquiries and ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for every team member at Live!

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for the effective operation of the HR office; establish and follow office procedures

Processes new hires, seasonal employees, and other staff through the onboarding process

Prepares new hires for orientation

Answer phones, take messages, greet visitors, and assist with inquiries

Hire candidates in the applicant tracking system and connect with HR to schedule new hire orientation

Track and request referral payments

Prepares and issues access badges

Handle Team Members’ inquiries

Complete ad-hoc reporting related to requisitions, hires, etc

Assist Licensing Specialist with the coordination of the Licensing Process

Assist the Human Resources team with special projects or other administrative responsibilities

Maintains a clean and safe work environment

Required

High School Diploma or GED

Associates degree or higher in Human Resources or directly related field

Human Resources Certification

At least two (2) years of experience in a professional high-volume office

At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in a Human Resources or Legal department

Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by any applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards
