Technician 4, Equipment Maintenance
Analog Devices, Inc. is a global semiconductor leader that bridges the physical and digital worlds. They are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician 4 to perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and modification of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities
Handle toxic and inert gases, including cylinders, delivery lines, and valve manifolds
Maintain accurate records and documentation; update specifications as needed
Interface with equipment engineers, vendors, and control panels
Work occasionally alone for extended periods in a cleanroom environment
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a semiconductor or similar environment
Maintenance knowledge in the Photo Area
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and vendor-specific software
Strong troubleshooting, preventive, and predictive maintenance skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
DHS background check required
Standing/walking for up to 12 hours per shift
Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching
Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights (ladders, stools, etc.)
Exposure to warm or cold environments
Strong manual dexterity required
Preferred
Experience with ASML / 100
Experience with TEL Act 8 coaters/developers
Experience with Ultra Tech Steppers
Experience with SVG Aligners
Experience with Semix/TOK SOG
