The intern will provide professional and technical support to various projects, conduct site investigations, and assist in site design and preparation of specifications.

Responsibilities

Provide professional and technical support to multiple Westwood projects
Due diligence and site investigation
Site design including facility plan & profile, cross sections, grading and erosion control plans, and stormwater management facilities
Preparation of specifications
Analysis of existing delivery routes to determine existing road conditions
Other duties as assigned

Required

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar)
Knowledge of site design principles and practices
Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting processes
