Purchasing Assistant
EKK Eagle America, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support the procurement process. The role involves preparing purchase orders, maintaining records, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and verify purchase orders in accordance with company policies
Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, specifications, and delivery schedules
Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels
Track shipments from suppliers
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, sales, customer service reps) to meet procurement needs
Perform data entry into ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Generate reports on purchasing activities for management and vendors
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required

Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Adaptable to changes
Ability to build and maintain positive vendor relationships
0–2 years in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with ERP or procurement software (SAP, QuickBooks)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field strongly preferred, or currently pursuing a degree with expected graduation in the middle to later stages of the program
