Responsibilities

Technical leader managing infrastructure operations, maintenance and performance across network systems

Oversee daily network operations

Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met

Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency

Direct technical network operations and ensure all activities are aligned with organizational goals

Manage resources effectively to support operational requirements

Ensure continuity of operations, minimizing disruptions and maintaining service availability

Monitor system readiness and ensure teams are prepared for any operational challenges

Coordinate activities across teams to ensure optimal performance and minimize disruptions

Monitor and track key metrics to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement

Lead teams in executing technical tasks and ensure objectives are met within established timelines and budgets
