Responsibilities

Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program

Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives

Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff

Assign tasks and prioritize and coordinate work

Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures

Monitor and adhere to budget

Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines

Qualification

Management experienceLeadership experienceLicensed Practical NurseRegistered NurseAmbulatory nursing experience

Required

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred

Driver's license required (position requires travel throughout state - mileage reimbursed)

Preferred

Licensed Practical Nurse

Registered Nurse

5 years' experience in ambulatory nursing
