Responsibilities

Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues unresolved by representatives
Function as liaison between contact center and other departments to address technical challenges
Resolve complex or high-priority issues promptly, balancing customer satisfaction and compliance to company policies
Assist in tracking and monitoring team performance metrics, including response times and resolutions rates
Coordinate and oversee break and lunch schedules for the representatives
Provide subject matter expertise to support and guide representatives
Assist in onboarding and training new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, systems, and customer service best practices
Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities within departmental call flows
Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure timely and effective service
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Contact Center Experience20-44 LicenseMSO/365 ProficiencyTeam LeadershipCommunication SkillsOrganizational SkillsCritical Thinking

Required

Bachelor's degree or High school diploma and equivalent experience required
3 + years of experience in a Contact or Call Center environment required
20-44 license required
Capability to guide and inspire a team of customer service representatives
Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible; able to adjust to new requirements or unforeseen issues
Demonstrated strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
Ability to think critically and objectively
Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
