Responsibilities

Provides business planning services to programs to strengthen their impact, growth and evolution
Integrates such topics as strategy, sustainability, impact, measurement and evaluation to perform special projects
Researching a defined problem or opportunity
Performing an analysis
Documenting a plan
Identifying a resource
May also take on temporary roles in launching and/or executing any plans that are developed
Leverages positive relationships with program leaders and team members
Works closely with Office leadership, including the director, associate directors and manager, in performing duties that advance the Office’s strategic goals

Required

Provides business planning services to programs to strengthen their impact, growth and evolution

Performs special projects including researching a defined problem or opportunity, performing an analysis, documenting a plan, identifying a resource
Takes on temporary roles in launching and/or executing any plans that are developed
Leverages positive relationships with program leaders and team members, Office leadership, other divisions, Connecticut Children's leadership and other stakeholders
Works closely with Office leadership, including the director, associate directors and manager
Advances the Office's strategic goals of strengthening programs, cultivating synergy across programs and incubating innovations
Operates effectively in ambiguous situations
Maintains a deep commitment to the values and mission of Connecticut Children
