Responsibilities

Primary lead on recruitment and onboarding of new hires

Assist with benefit enrollment, open enrollment, and communicating benefits information to employees

Data Collection: reporting and analysis of workforce data to include active census and turnover

Works closely with third-party administrators to timely and accurately perform necessary functions related to employee benefits, regulatory reports, and compliance requirements

Assist with routing and coding invoices from vendors and suppliers

Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database

Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions

Assists with HR special projects

Conduct New Hire Orientation

Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status

Responds to Leave of Absence Verifications

Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars

Assists employees and management with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures

Other duties may be required and assigned

Qualification

Required

Three to five years of HR related experience, or an Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with a combination of education and experience

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
