Lifelong Access is a compassionate organization committed to helping children and families. They are seeking a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral supports, skill development, and guidance while collaborating with a team of professionals.

Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments, observations, and research to guide treatment plans
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support each child’s progress
Maintain professional documentation in compliance with agency standards and the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in a human service field
Current BCBA certification
Minimum one year of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities
Valid Illinois driver's license & insurance
Preferred
ABA experience with children with autism
