Hybrid Wholesaler/Regional Director
Natixis Investment Managers is seeking a Regional Director who will operate independently and in partnership with external wholesalers to drive sales in Natixis products and solutions. The role involves proactive outreach to financial advisor clients, identifying new opportunities, and meeting regional sales targets.

Responsibilities
Proactive sales outreach to both prospective and existing financial advisor clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings
Identify new opportunities and grow existing client base by using data, profiling clients, fostering leads and closing business both independently and/or in partnership with the field sales teams
Deliver investment insights through portfolio construction conversations
Build an efficient and thoughtful outreach strategy incorporating our targeted segmentation strategy, company priorities and regional goals
Meet or exceed regional sales targets and new producer metrics
Demonstrate high level market knowledge and the ability to discuss Natixis investment solutions within the current economic environment
Provide an exceptional client experience and leverage centers of expertise where needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of sales experience required, preferably within the mutual fund or asset management industry
SIE, Series 7 & 63 licenses (or equivalent) required
Demonstrated knowledge of the markets, investment trends, portfolio construction and the financial advisory business
Ability to work in team environment and build partnerships to achieve common goals
Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering effective results
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
High degree of self motivation and a desire to have a sales career with upward progression in client facing roles
Preferred
Understanding of sales technology tools a plus (i.e. Seismic, Salesforce, Y Charts, MPI etc)
