Responsibilities
Supervise Park Assistants, give clear instructions, and help the team deliver great service
Assist visitors with concessions, conference room rentals, special events, and boat rentals seasonally
Help care for our ambassador animals, maintain trails, facilities, and grounds
Open/close facilities, handle cash and reservations, and support rentals
Qualification
Required
At least 18 years old
Confident, reliable, and able to lead others
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in and around water
All applicants must pass a background check, drug screening and finger print check
Preferred
Experience with cash handling, reservations, or scheduling software is a plus
