Responsibilities
Lead CRF and database design, edit checks, UAT, and study documentation
Oversee ongoing data review, query management, and reconciliation
Manage vendor data transfers and system integrations
Develop and maintain DMPs, data flow documentation, and audit-ready processes
Support system testing, QC reviews, and issue resolution
Collaborate with Clinical Ops, Biostatistics, Safety, and study sites
Prepare data exports and support interim and final database locks
Provide feedback on internal data platforms and support new feature testing
Qualification
Required
Director or Senior Director–level experience in Clinical Data Management
Strong hands-on knowledge across the full DM lifecycle
Comfortable working in agile, startup or scale-up environments
Technologically minded, with interest in automation and AI
Oncology/hemato-oncology experience necessary
