Responsibilities

Support JTP Phase I (Requirements), Phase II (Plans), Phase III (Execution), and Phase IV (Assessment)

Analyze training assessments, JMETLs, CJCS guidance, doctrine, and campaign plans

Develop and maintain training objectives and JTP documentation

Support JTT utilization and provide user training

Assist with senior leader engagements and briefings

Draft annual JTP reports and performance metrics

Required

Bachelor's degree

8+ years of joint training, operations, or exercise planning experience

Deep understanding of JTS, JELC, JMETL, and CJCS training guidance

Experience with Joint Training Tool (JTT)

Strong analytical and briefing skills

Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens

Active Top Secret Security Clearance required
