Responsibilities

Consistently meet or exceed sales development targets including 50+ calls per day
Work to collaborate with account executives and channel sales representatives to create and execute territory development plans
Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Xurrent service, its positioning, buyers, customers and partners
Become a black belt in account research, account intelligence gathering, and decision making unit identification
Proactively and creatively search for and uncover new business opportunities in territory
Build consultative and value-seeking relationships with prospects
Maintain detailed account intelligence contact summaries, and activity records in Salesforce
Identify and improve best practices to help refine the Xurrent’s lead generation playbook
Manage chat traffic and trial questions and route to appropriate internal resource
Work on-site events such as shows and exhibitions, to drive traffic to our booth, presentations and round tables
Approach every day with a positive attitude and an eagerness to continue professional development
