Rowan Digital Infrastructure is transforming data center delivery for speed and scale. The Manager, Operations Analytics will turn operational and financial data into actionable insights to improve cost performance, reliability, and efficiency across facilities, leading KPI and dashboard strategy and collaborating with various teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cost dashboards for OPEX and maintenance budgets; monitor variance against forecasts and identify savings opportunities

Analyze spend drivers (energy, water, maintenance, vendor contracts) and recommend strategies to reduce total cost of ownership without compromising reliability

Define and track financial and operational KPIs—availability, reliability, cost per MW, energy intensity, and maintenance backlog

Partner with Finance and Operations to provide data for annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; ensure alignment with compliance standards

Maintain audit‑ready documentation for SOX, PCI, SOC 1, and SOC 2; ensure financial controls are embedded in analytics processes

Prepare concise financial and operational performance summaries for leadership and Investment Committee; translate data into actionable recommendations

Work with Construction and Project Delivery to ensure accurate cost handoff at turnover; align with Energy & Water teams on sustainability and cost KPIs

Identify automation opportunities for financial reporting and analytics; pilot advanced models for cost forecasting and scenario planning
