Responsibilities
Purchase vehicles through online auctions (e.g., Manheim, Copart, IAA, ACV) and other sourcing channels
Analyze condition reports, market pricing, and margin opportunities
Negotiate competitive bids to secure inventory profitably
Coordinate inspections, estimates, and repair timelines
Work with body shops and service providers to manage costs and quality
Track reconditioning progress through delivery readiness
Process purchase paperwork, handle title filing, and maintain inventory records
Ensure compliance with state vehicle transaction and resale regulations
Maintain organized deal files and profit tracking
Build and maintain relationships with used car dealers
Market vehicles for wholesale sale and negotiate pricing
Support delivery logistics and final sale documentation
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive wholesale, auction buying, remarketing, or similar field
Strong knowledge of vehicle valuation, condition assessment, and pricing strategy
Experience with online auction platforms and wholesale channels
Ability to manage full lifecycle from acquisition through resale
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
Valid driver's license required
