The Business Intelligence Solution Architect will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide BI strategies, delivering scalable reporting and analytics solutions while partnering with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable BI solutions to support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights through data visualization and reporting

Define and promote best practices for dashboard development, data storytelling, and self-service analytics

Establish and maintain data governance protocols and documentation standards

Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Intelligence strategy aligned with organizational goals

Serve as a key member of the core team for a multi-year ERP replacement initiative

Leverage BI tools to support master data cleanup, validation, and migration efforts

Ensure data integrity and consistency across all phases of the ERP implementation

Design and build the semantic layer for post-ERP BI reporting and analytics

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field is required

5+ years of experience in BI Development, Data Architecture and/or Database administration is strongly desired

Proficiency in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, of Qlik and strong SQL skills

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and data migration projects

Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset

Excellent communication skills and experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders

Expertise in modern data warehousing and semantic layer architecture

Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and its integration with Power BI and other data services

Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms

Proficiency in scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell)

Working knowledge of Salesforce SOQL
