Project Coordinator-Level 2-(Executive Assistant role)
Westinghouse Electric Company is searching for a Project Coordinator-Level 2 (Executive Assistant role) to provide administrative support. The role involves calendaring, scheduling, coordination of tasks, and ensuring alignment among leaders.
Responsibilities
Compiles, collects, and analyzes data for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, and tables as necessary
Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review
Coordinating activities with other administrators and transcribes notes, or develops slides, spreadsheets and other written materials, or proofreads materials
Performs document management tasks, scheduling, and organizational activities while ensuring compliance with business processes and policies
Individuals are expected to adhere to and perform all work in accordance with site and client-approved safety procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
6 to 10 years of experience handling executive-level administrative functions, supporting leadership teams, and managing organizational processes
Proficiency in Microsoft products
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information, and coordinates with internal and external to include government personnel
Preferred
Associates degree preferred
