Coordinate and maintain daily staff schedules to support resident care needs within one senior living community
Serve as the primary scheduler and point of contact for staffing coverage and adjustments
Collaborate with nursing leadership and department managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels
Assist with timekeeping, payroll support, and schedule-related reporting as needed
Support administrative functions that contribute to smooth operations and quality care delivery
Help promote efficiency, consistency, and staff satisfaction within the community
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years or older
Minimum of six months of healthcare scheduling experience
Valid Direct Care Staff Certificate through the Department of Human Services (DHS)
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field
Previous CNA experience
