Marketing Team Lead, Growth
Xnurta is an AI-powered ad management platform for brands, sellers, and agencies advertising on Amazon and beyond. They are seeking a Marketing Team Lead, Growth to own and scale their inbound growth engine, responsible for strategy, execution, and team leadership across various marketing channels.
Responsibilities
Own Xnurta’s inbound growth strategy end-to-end, translating company revenue goals into channel strategies, budgets, and quarterly plans
Define the inbound roadmap across ABM, paid, organic, website, PR, and content
Establish clear goals, KPIs, and operating rhythms for the inbound growth function
Balance near-term pipeline impact with long-term brand and demand creation
Directly lead and mentor the current inbound and content team
Set clear expectations, goals, and development plans for direct reports
Ensure high-quality execution while leveling up team capabilities over time
Manage and scale contractor and agency relationships across paid media, PR, influencers, SEO, and content
Partner with Sales and RevOps to design and execute ABM programs for target accounts
Oversee paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn and other digital channels
Ensure campaign execution is aligned to ICPs, buyer journeys, and revenue stages
Optimize spend and tactics based on pipeline performance and ROI
Own the performance of xnurta.com as a conversion engine
Guide landing page strategy, UX optimization, and experimentation
Prioritize A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion
Set the long-form and digital content strategy across SEO, thought leadership, and demand gen
Oversee PR execution to amplify brand awareness and credibility
Identify and manage non-event sponsorships that align to target audiences and pipeline goals
Own inbound performance reporting: traffic, conversion rates, inbound leads, pipeline generated, and ROI by channel
Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
Present performance insights and recommendations to the VP of Marketing and executive team
Use data to continuously refine strategy, budget allocation, and execution
Qualification
Required
4-8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong focus on inbound, demand generation, or growth marketing
Experience in retail media, ecommerce data, or MarTech categories
Proven experience owning inbound pipeline and revenue outcomes
Demonstrated success leading and developing marketers and managing agencies/contractors
Strong expertise across paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google PPC), organic growth, website optimization, and ABM
Deep analytical skills with hands-on experience using GA4, HubSpot, and ad platforms
Experience managing and optimizing inbound marketing budgets
Ability to operate strategically while remaining execution-oriented in a startup environment
Advanced SEO and long-form content strategy experience
Familiarity with GPT-powered content workflows or AI-assisted growth experimentation
Required four days a week in our Bellevue office (Monday – Thursday)
