Responsibilities
Sell vacation ownership products, including timeshare intervals and points packages
Engage guests through in-person presentations, phone calls, and follow-up communication
Build strong relationships by understanding each guest’s vacation needs and lifestyle
Deliver a professional, engaging, and memorable sales experience
Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales center
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Word
Demonstrated ability to build rapport, adapt to customer needs, and close sales
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Active Arizona real estate license
Strong consultative sales skills with comfort in self-generated lead environments
Highly self-directed and capable of running a one-person onsite operation
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong desire to succeed
Preferred
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidates
Previous experience in vacation ownership, hospitality, or timeshare sales preferred
Candidates with prior experience in autonomous or entrepreneurial sales roles
