Environmental Safety and Health Engineer Staff

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive environmental, safety and health services to maintain a secure and compliant workplace for all health and safety related programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in industrial hygiene or a related field from an accredited college
5+ years minimum performing industry hygiene related tasks
Experience with site exposure assessments, employee air and noise sampling, PPE evaluation and assessment
Experience or knowledge of Respirator Protection Program, Ventilation system reviews, Asbestos Management, Hearing Conservation Program, Laser and Radiation Safety, Confined Space Entry and Hazmat response
Working knowledge of OSHA standards
Effective oral and written communication skills
Adept with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
Preferred
Certified Safety Professional or willingness to obtain a certification
Experience interfacing with OSHA and other regulatory agencies
Knowledge of and experience with ESH management system elements
Experience authoring command media and program documentation
