Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Hazel Health platform to children ages 0-17 years old, parents, and families

Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc

Complete clinical documentation using the Hazel Health platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans

Participate in an optional weekly case review and clinical team meeting

Required

Masters level therapists independently licensed in (North Carolina), ie. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)

Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families

Demonstrated experience in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices

Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care

Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!

Candidates for clinical remote roles must maintain an active license in the state where they are providing services
