Front Row is a company that partners with leading brands to accelerate their ecommerce growth. They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst Intern to support HR operations by analyzing data, maintaining HR systems, and assisting with reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system (ADP experience preferred)

Generate and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, benefits, and compliance

Assist with payroll audits and ensure data accuracy across systems

Support benefits administration and enrollment processes

Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data trends

Collaborate with HR team on process improvements and special projects

Qualification

Required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred

1-2 years of HR or data analysis experience preferred

ADP experience preferred
