Responsibilities
Assist and provide support to attorneys including contract review and revisions, assisting attorneys in contract negotiations, and working with contract administration groups to facilitate contract completion including Clinical Trial Agreements and Clinical Recruitment review
The role is intended primarily to support direct review of derivative clinical trial documents
Track contract negotiations and propose contract modifications
Manage Template repositories and facilitating updates to templates as needed
Manage or supporting new Evisort workflows
Managing Shared Drives
Qualification
Required
high school diploma (or equivalent)
experience in the clinical trial space
knowledge of clinical trials, terminology, and document workflows
demonstrate the level of contract negotiation experience needed to step into a CTA reviewer support role
4 to 7 years paralegal experience or other Legal Project experience
Preferred
college degree and/or a paralegal certificate
Ariba experience
