Responsibilities

Oversight of assigned programs such as Universal Service High Cost, Low Income, or Contribution
Eligible Telecommunications Carrier status
Grant compliance
Tariffs and rate posting
Regulated revenue
Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA)
FCC Compliance
Or other programs as assigned
Act as the subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
Give regulatory guidance and strategy to departments or project teams regarding design, development, evaluation, or marketing of products
Direct or prepare the submission of regulatory agency applications, reports, and correspondence

Required

A combination of relevant work experience and/or education sufficient to perform the duties of the job may substitute to meet the total years required on a year-for-year basis

Minimum seven years of increasing responsibility in regulatory, compliance or related regulated industry experience

Preferred

Experience working in the telecommunications industry
Other relevant telecom industry or job specific certifications
