Responsibilities
With guidance, provide internal assistance to clients. Escalate clients’ needs, concerns, and ideas to assigned Client Relationship Manager
Process fund changes
Prepare amendments to services agreements
Complete provider set-up paperwork
Prepare client reports, presentations, and agendas
Participate in client calls. Document project related tasks and monitor the completion of meeting follow-ups. Includes tasks by the team, other CG departments, and service providers
Ensure investment review reports and other deliverables have been completed
Prepare fee calculations and benchmarking reports. Includes plan design benchmarking reports
Monitor and update tasks and data in the customer relationship management (CRM) database
Identify inefficiencies in processes or assigned tasks and recommend solutions
Qualification
Required

Follow department procedures to perform tasks

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in math or business preferred, or equivalent work experience
