Luxury Sales Manager
Confidential company is seeking a Luxury Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team in the luxury watch space. This role is pivotal in shaping customer experience and driving revenue growth across their locations, while collaborating closely with the VP of Operations and Purchasing Manager.

Responsibilities
Lead & Develop: Build, train, and mentor a sales team to deliver world-class customer service and achieve sales goals
Sales Strategy: Create and refine processes to optimize performance and enhance the client experience
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, provide weekly coaching, and implement improvement plans
Customer Experience: Oversee both e-commerce and in-store sales interactions, ensuring a personalized and premium experience
Compliance: Uphold company security and confidentiality standards regarding customer data and transactions
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in luxury retail or the timepiece/jewelry industry
Strong knowledge of and passion for luxury watches—especially Rolex—is highly desirable
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
