Service Administrative Assistant
Patriot Motors is a locally owned and operated auto dealership in the heart of the Midwest, seeking a results-focused Administrative Assistant. The role involves coordinating schedules, managing client communications, and supporting the Service Manager with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Coordinates Service Manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments and conference calls (where applicable)
Composes routine schedules and data entry for service claims
Coordinates month-end reports with the direction of the Service Manager
Assists Service manager with internal and external client concerns
Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate area or member if neccesary
Professionally administers overflow of incoming phone calls for service
Ensure calls are routed to appropriate department as requested by clients
Updates client records as needed
Attends weekly department meetings
