Responsibilities
Owning and managing all value stream KPIs using the SQDCI framework (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory)
Driving a Culture of Zero by modeling and enforcing safety and quality standards across the value stream
Leading and participating in recordable and significant incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Ensuring consistent deployment of policies, processes, and standard work throughout the value stream
Actively leading the Daily Huddle Process (DHP) and communicating performance updates to stakeholders
Facilitating Kaizen events, structured problem-solving activities, and follow-up on corrective actions
Establishing and maintaining standard work while ensuring teams are properly trained, resourced, and supported
Driving team member engagement, accountability, and performance
Developing a skilled, motivated workforce focused on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets
Identifying opportunities to maximize capacity, improve flow, and support business growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in manufacturing and/or distribution operations
Strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Demonstrated success managing KPIs and driving measurable operational results
Experience leading teams through change, Kaizen events, and problem-solving initiatives
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage cost and productivity targets
Excellent communication, decision-making, and people development skills
Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent in a production environment
