Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Humboldt location

Supervise retail staff and provide superior client service

Promote bank services in the community to current and prospective clients

Lead business development goals and objectives and promote the bank’s community involvement activities

Develop and grow the retail branch’s key drivers including growth of branch deposits, loans, net income, and operating budget

Drive branch performance results through strong individual sales performance in addition to coaching and leadership

Ensure the team meets and exceeds branch goals and business development, quality of work, and client experience goals while maintaining an operationally efficient and compliant branch

Responsible for the overall leadership of branch activities, including but not limited to, business development, sales and service, credit, community leadership, compliance standards and facilities management

Attain individual and branch performance goals for loan volume, deposit growth, referrals, business development and client experience performance

Prospect for new clients and cultivate existing relationships to increase profitability and reduce costs

Perform all daily activities of running a branch including operating a teller drawer, opening accounts, process work, etc
