Responsibilities

Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity, working prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define design solutions
Design responsive, accessible layouts and interactions
Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications
Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders
Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gather feedback and insights that inform design decisions
Work closely with software engineers and QA analysts to ensure successful implementation of design solutions and maintain design consistency throughout the development lifecycle

Required

Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on enterprise software applications
A strong portfolio that showcases your UI design process, problem-solving skills, and the ability to design complex user interfaces
Proficiency with Figma
Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience and assessing designing accessible UIs as defined by Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) specifications
A passion for staying up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design
