Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the work of internal and external resources across multiple IT projects with varying scope and complexity
Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, and required artifacts using established project management standards, methodologies, and templates
Partner with business owners and analysts to define, validate, and refine project scope and objectives
Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure
Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track
Facilitate lessons learned sessions during and after project completion to identify process improvements and best practices
Build and maintain strong working relationships with technology teams, business stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and key partners
Ensure consistent adherence to PMO standards, playbooks, and governance requirements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing projects of varying size and complexity across diverse subject areas
5+ years of hands-on expertise in project management disciplines, including integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management
