Responsibilities

Guide Scrum teams through Agile processes, ensuring productivity and removing obstacles
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs and maximize product impact
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive product development and exceed customer expectations
Analyze team maturity and coach teams towards higher levels of Agile proficiency
Create a trusting environment for teams to address challenges and solve problems collaboratively
Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution within teams
Enhance transparency through effective internal and external communications

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Scrum/Agile or related IT roles
Experience in coaching teams and providing leadership direction
Strong customer focus with effective communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
Proficiency in problem-solving and analysis with adaptability to evolving priorities
Familiarity with traditional Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) and test-driven development methods

Preferred

5 years' experience as a Scrum Master for technology teams
Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
Certified Team Coach credentials
