Responsibilities

Partner deeply with foundational perception and AI teams to ensure raw sensor data is properly translated into precise, low-latency, and reliable models of user intent
Oversee the strategy for large-scale, data collection and personalized ML calibration to ensure tracking algorithms are robust across different user demographics and environments
Collaborate with Human-Computer Interaction and UX Research teams to establish comfortable, socially acceptable, and intuitive input standards that significantly reduce user cognitive load
Drive the definition of rigorous quality metrics and testing frameworks for tracking accuracy and latency to ensure inputs feel natural and seamless in varied environmental conditions
Define and advance the product strategy for spatial inputs, scaling high-fidelity interactions alongside conception of subtle, glance-based, or micro-gesture interactions for line-of-sight displays

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience in product management or related technical role
2 years of experiences in perception systems, including KPI optimizations and performance hill-climbs
1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.)
1 year of experience in the XR industry, including launches & research
Experience building products with machine-learning, computer vision and perception features

Preferred

Master's degree in a technology or business related field
2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership
2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders
1 year of experience in software development or engineering
Experience developing consumer electronics hardware products
Knowledge of, or continued interest in building accessibility best practices, and experience/curiosity for incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies
