Confidential company is a high-growth, private equity–backed organization seeking a Vice President of Finance & Administration. This pivotal executive role will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and lead Finance, IT, M&A, and Legal coordination.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking to drive strategic insights
Own financial workstreams for M&A, including diligence, valuation, and integration
Oversee IT strategy and governance, enabling digital transformation and scalability
Coordinate legal and governance processes with external counsel
Drive cross-functional initiatives with urgency, clarity, and accountability

Qualification

Finance leadership experienceM&A expertiseFinancial modelingPrivate equity experienceExecutive communicationMBACPACFA

Required

15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial tech
Deep M&A expertise, including deal execution and integration
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills
Exceptional executive communication and Board-level presentation skills

Preferred

Private equity experience strongly preferred
MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus
