Responsibilities
Lead new technology evaluation and testing in house (SCLA, and other lab locations) or alfa site ELS by organizing cross functional team with division Engineer/support/supplier
Provide technical support in remote or on site to division support team, TSE, field engineers, and lab technicians who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex issues related to equipment, software, and firmware. Track issues in Jira database and report business critical to management
Provide background information of critical quality issues reported through NC and returned FA items to Q&R team in Jira database
Support firmware validation testing on lab system every major release or ad-hoc critical bug fix timing to ensure readiness of delivery to BU integrated systems
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate depth of expertise in mechanical and electrical, and system discipline
Possess general knowledge of hardware and software to perform hands-on activities on equipment
Problem-solving skills
Interpersonal skills
Experience in semiconductor industry 3 - 5 Years
Years of experience: 3 - 7 Years
Preferred
Japanese or Vietnamese proficiency is plus
