Senior Logistics Analyst

UIC Commercial Services is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to provide expert-level sustainment support for the Program Manager Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) PMA-263 in Charleston, SC. The role involves overseeing Supply Chain Management and complex fielding operations to ensure mission-critical equipment is delivered and verified across various locations.

Responsibilities

Lead material control and SCM for thousands of components and mission kits. You will oversee a contractor-managed facility capable of in support of PMA-263 while maintaining an NSA-authorized COMSEC account for Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI)
Provide expert guidance in the development of Program Fielding Plans and Fielding Management Plans. You will represent the program in Fielding Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and support the preparation of Fielding Decision documentation and briefings
Act as the principal Warranty Manager, establishing rigorous internal tracking for equipment serial numbers and Lowest Replaceable Units (LRU). You will ensure that Return for Maintenance Authorizations (RMAs) are processed within 48 clock hours and maintain a 98% accuracy rate for inventory audits
Develop and document procedures to minimize the risk of procuring counterfeit electronic parts, ensuring full compliance with SAE AS5553 and SAE AS6174 standards
Manage the collection and analysis of complex data for Task Order Status Reports (TOSR) and other government logistics reports, ensuring all financial data is accurately reflected in the Electronic Cost Reporting and Financial Tracking (eCRAFT) system
Maintain a quality management system that meets program objectives, utilizing process-supported and data-driven activities to drive Continuous Process Improvement (CI)

Required

High School Diploma required
Fifteen (15+) years of experience however, a combination of experience and education can be considered in lieu of years of experience
Extensive functional knowledge of UASISR systems, including ULS-A, TRUAS, FoSUAS, MARV-EL, and associated payloads such as WAMI and SAR
Ability to support OCONUS travel and meet medical/dental screening requirements for embarking on U.S. Naval vessels
Expert capability in using the Acquisition Management System (AMS) CDRL Tool, WAWF, and PIEE
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically
Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
