Responsibilities
Managing accounts effectively to ensure ongoing growth and customer satisfaction
Building strong, collaborative relationships within the team
Developing and executing account plans to grow sales and profitability with key customers
Facilitating training programs for new customers
Identifying new market opportunities and onboarding new business
Working with distribution partners while also developing and securing individual partners on your own
Traveling up to 25% of the time to visit customers, distributors, and partners in your territory
Qualification
Required
Experienced in sales, business development, or account management
A strong communicator with outstanding verbal and written skills
Skilled in building and maintaining long-term customer and partner relationships
Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred
HVAC or warranty industry experience preferred
Educated with a college degree (preferred)
Experienced with distribution sales and channel development (a plus)
