Responsibilities
Own customer onboarding and ongoing AR operations quality across all customers
Ensure workflows are correct, complete, and logically sound before anything goes live
Instinctively QA outputs — not because someone told you to, but because something feels off
Catch broken logic, missing steps, or edge cases before they reach customers
If something looks wrong, you flag it
If something breaks, you fix it
If something might break, you prevent it
You will run and be accountable for an offshore operations team responsible for execution
Setting clear expectations, standards, and SLAs
Translating messy, real-world workflows into executable instructions
Reviewing and QA’ing offshore work before it impacts customers
Creating tight feedback loops so mistakes don’t repeat
Knowing when to intervene, escalate, or redesign the process
Monitor customer data, workflows, and dashboards with a critical eye
Ask 'does this actually make sense?' constantly
Identify risks, inconsistencies, and failure modes early
Act as the first line of defense for customer trust
Build and maintain SOPs that offshore teams can realistically execute
Design systems that prevent errors instead of documenting them
Continuously improve processes based on real failures and edge cases
Ensure engineering handoffs (data loads, workflow changes, fixes) are explicit and tracked
Work closely with Engineering to identify which ops actions should be automated
Flag repetitive, high-volume, low-judgment work as automation candidates
Translate real operational workflows into clear automation requirements
Help design a hybrid system where humans handle judgment and exceptions, and software handles scale
Ensure operations increasingly run on autopilot across all customers
Track where human effort is being spent and whether it justifies its cost
Improve unit economics and gross margins over time
Reduce founder and ops-team involvement in day-to-day execution
Help analyze and quantify customer ROI (time saved, headcount avoided, cash acceleration)
Support sales conversations where deep operational credibility matters
Pressure-test customer workflows during sales to ensure we can deliver real value
Help refine ROI narratives, pricing logic, and case studies based on actual ops data
Quickly become the point person for all operational execution
Grow into managing additional offshore and in-house ops hires
Set the bar for operational excellence across the company
